MUSIER collections
Each season, MUSIER pieces are designed by Anne-Laure Mais, Artistic Director, and then developed by our design studio. We prioritize style, comfort, and durability.
To help you choose the right size, you can:

- compare with a similar garment measured flat;

The materials come mainly from Italy, France or the United States.
The manufacturing takes place in the European Union (Portugal, Italy).
We produce in small quantities.
Some items may come back in stock (returns or production restart); in this case, an email alert is available on each product page.
Gift Cards
MUSIER offers gift cards of €50, €100 and €200.
The gift card is added to the cart as a regular product.
The card is sent automatically by email and can be easily transferred to the recipient by the Client.

- Non-exchangeable / non-refundable
- Cannot be purchased with a promo code
The gift card can be used in conjunction with a promotional code (if the promotion is applicable).
It is not possible to use multiple gift cards for a single order.
The gift card sent by email contains a code to fill in on the checkout page: the amount of the gift card will be automatically deducted from the order total. If you have lost the code, you can contact Customer Service at client@musier.com (specifying the name of the buyer and the amount of the card).
Customer Accounts & Data
An account can be created via the Account button in the top right corner of the website on a computer, or at the bottom of the menu on a mobile device.
Customer account access is via a unique authentication code sent by email for each login, in order to secure access and prevent password loss.
Account deletion can be requested by email to client@musier.com .

Your order invoice is available upon request from Customer Service.
Orders & Payments
Once confirmed, you cannot change your order before it is dispatched. This is because our logistics platform operates on a just-in-time basis to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
However, if you wish to cancel your order, simply contact Customer Services.
If cancellation is possible, you will receive confirmation by email (working days). If cancellation is not possible, once you have received the parcel, simply return it by submitting a return request on the website.
To request a change of address, please contact us as soon as possible at client@musier.com or by telephone on +33 09 78 46 86 28.
It is recommended to clear the browser cache and cookies, refresh the page, and then try again.
If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service at client@musier.com , preferably attaching screenshots.
Once the order has been validated, it is generally no longer possible to modify it.
For any urgent request (cancellation or change of address), the Customer must contact customer service as soon as possible at client@musier.com — [Phone number to be completed]
The code is applied to the cart in the "Discount code or gift card" field.
Promotional codes cannot be combined (unless otherwise stated) and are not reactivated after return.

In Belgium: Bancontact and Maestro.
Payment in 2, 3 or 4 installments is available with Alma (in France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands). A fee of 0.87% is charged at the time of payment for the order (on the first instalment) for the 2-instalment plan, 1.73% for the 3-instalment plan and 2.59% for the 4-instalment plan.

Gift cards are not eligible for installment payments
If payment is refused, it is recommended to try another payment method or payment in installments.
If the refusal persists, the Client's bank can be contacted.

Deliveries
Metropolitan France & Monaco:
- Colissimo home delivery or collection point: 2 to 3 business days, €5
- Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days, €6
- Free delivery on orders over €200
European Union :
- Colissimo home delivery or to a collection point, then via local post: €15
- Free delivery on orders over €200.
- Delivery time: 3 to 8 working days (depending on the destination).
- Mondial Relay available in Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands and Portugal : 10€
- Free delivery on orders over €200.
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days (depending on the destination)
DOM / TOM : Colissimo international, 15 €
United Kingdom (custom duties included)
- DHL: 3 to 8 business days, £15
United States and Canada (custom duties included)

A shipping confirmation email is sent with a tracking link.

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible, so it is not possible to choose a shipping or delivery date.
If you are not home, a delivery notice will be left so that you can collect the package from the post office or pick up point indicated.
Returns & Refunds
For technical reasons, online exchanges are not possible.
To change the size or model, it is necessary to return the item and then place a new order.
Return requests are made via the Returns link located in the footer of the website within 15 days of receiving your order. You will then be able to generate a prepaid return label in your name (returns are free from France and Belgium). You will be refunded within an average of 3 working days after your return has been processed, via the original payment method used for your order.
Returns are possible within 15 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, in their original packaging.
- Metropolitan France, Monaco, Belgium: Free returns
- Other countries: return shipping costs deducted from the refund
Returns are processed within 2 to 3 business days (at the latest 10 business days).
The refund then takes place within 48 to 72 working hours after processing (depending on bank processing times).
If you notice any defects upon receipt of your order, please contact Customer Service at client@musier.com , specifying your order number and photos of the defect.
In the event of a partial return, the Alma payment schedule is adjusted according to the items returned.
In the event of a full return, any applicable fees will be refunded.
